A new website for LABC
We’re delighted to launch a new website for client Local Authority Building Control (LABC) this week.

Local Authority Building Control (LABC) is a membership organisation, enforcing building regulations throughout all local authority building control departments in England and Wales. LABC challenged IE’s digital experts to improve their online experience through the design and build of a new responsive, CMS driven website.

We started our journey with LABC with a consultancy phase; including wireframing to structure the website, and research into user journeys. We then built the website incorporating separate areas for public users and LABC members.

We opted for a Rapid Prototyping Approach in this project - where the web design and build are developed in iterations with several review and refinement periods. Typically, we use this approach when a client wants immediate results within a strict timeframe. Though only recently launched, LABC have received plenty of positive feedback from users.

Get in touch if you’d like to find out how IE’s Rapid Prototyping Approach can be used to benefit your organisation. In the meantime, check out LABC’s new website here.
